RDVS provides a complete electrical design and consulting service to the automotive industry. Our qualified team has many years experience in delivering successful projects to major clients in the UK and overseas.

Rob Millar

Rob Millar Rob Millar started his career in the automotive industry in 1992 working as an electronics engineer with AB Automotive Electronics. There he was responsible for the development and testing of body control systems used on vehicles from Jaguar, Land Rover and others.

In 1995 he moved to TWR Engineering, initially responsible for the engineering of electronic systems on the Volvo C70 coupe and convertible.

Following this he led electrical project teams in the implementation of technology leadership projects for Ford and General Motors and many concept vehicles including the:

Bugatti Veyron
Audi S4+
Vauxhall Omega MV8
Ford Focus convertible
BTO concept

In 2003 he left TWR for Ricardo Vehicle Engineering concentrating on their military vehicle program. In 2004 he left Ricardo and founded RDVS.
