EDS Design Engineer
Job Requirements
The successful applicant will:
- Design vehicle schematics using VeSys
- Prepare information for harness manufacture
- Procure harnesses for low volume / prototype builds
- Take responsibility for harness quality
- Liaise with customer and harness manufacturer
- Provide practical support for prototype builds
Details
The successful applicant will have:
- Good knowledge of automotive electrical systems and circuits
- Experience of VeSys schematic design tool
- Combination of practical, hands on skill with good theoretical knowledge
- Understanding of the automotive harness manufacturing process
- Practical problem solving experience
- An understanding of harness testing / quality assurance methodologies
